Location

The building is located in a quiet neighbourhood, and it is only 2-minutes walking distance from one of the greatest shopping centres around – Mall of Split. If you find yourself in Split on a rainy day, you can spend it there, taking advantage of all the activities available. The closest supermarket and bar are on the ground floor of the building. A 5-minute drive will take you to the nearby beach (Znjan). If you didn’t come by car, you can take a taxi or simply walk to the closest bus station (1 minute away). The centre of the town is just 3 kilometres away.
