Brand new one-bedroom apartments located in the east part of Split, nearby two largest shopping centres in Dalmatia (Mall of Split and City Centre One). The apartments are situated on the fourth floor and can accommodate up to 3 people.

Each apartment has a free parking space in the garage, which is easily accessible by an elevator. Regardless whether you are a couple, a family or a large group, we will be glad to welcome you. For all those travelling on business, we have an option of providing you with a company invoice (VAT included), and we secured a stable and fast Wi-Fi.

Our apartments have a self-check-in system and our guests will receive all the details on how to enter the apartment and garage one day before their arrival or we will welcome them upon arrival and show them where everything is.

To ensure the safety of our guests as well as the building tenants, we have installed security cameras on the fourth floor. We request our guests to refrain from hosting any kind of parties or creating excessive noise during their stay.
